What does T'ai Chi have to do with Art?
Or, Art with T'ai Chi, for that matter?

As it happens, T'ai Chi (a slow, gentle form of movement, known for its healing properties) is an excellent way to find, and open, the door to the source of our creativity.

We use T'ai Chi, Chi Kung and guided meditation excercises to quiet the mind, relax the body, and release the busy, judgemental attitudes we developed as we grew up to join the work-a-day world.

Every child is born an artist.

The problem is
how to remain
an artist once one grows up.
