This site is best viewed at a resolution of 800X600 or greater and with more than 256 colors.

If you are using Internet Explorer and you have a low resolution/small monitor you may gain viewing area by pressing the F11 key to view in full screen mode. Press the F11 key to return to normal operation.

The color chart below is designed to let you know if your monitor is set for optimum use. In the top row there are 12 distinct shades of grey and in the bottom row you should see a whiter white, red, green, blue, yellow and a blackest black. If you don't see these colors, try adjusting the brightness & contrast.
