ReservationsReservations are made on a 'first-come, first-served' basis and are required for use by large groups/events in the BBQ Area.
Fees are charged for use of these areas, when the group is making money from the event, or is from outside of the area/community. Standard fees are $25 for the BBQ Area and/or Stage. Theatre use fees can be negotiated.
We will accept, on occasion, single use of the Community Room for meetings or parties, when space is available.
