c. Each donor is asked to help out at one or more events or work days per year;
d. Each donor gets a vote to recommend how the CCO Hall monies should be spent,
e. And more ideas are being explored!

The CCO will provide building, paper products, utilities and light bulbs for fixtures.

The CCO Target Customer should be local people, local businesses, out-of-town people and businesses. Additional sales ideas to accomodate family reunions, kids parties, and weddings.

The CCO Hall is ideal for parties of 60 to 75 people using it's limited parking spaces. No more than 35 vehicles can be parked on the north and south sides of the building, and acrossed the road. Handicapped access still needs to be worked out.

The CCO will advertise availability of building in newspaper, word of mouth, the Mendocino Coast and Ukiah Chambers of Commerce, with Matt Rowland Presents, and with an availability calendar on the CCO Web Page and posted outside the CCO Hall. Building viewing available by appointment only. Games are also available for rent.

If private or CCO events get out of control beyond the cleaning/game deposits, damages will be sought and recovered by the CCO.

Comptche is unique because on many days when the coast is foggy, Comptche is bright, sunny, and the CCO Hall is located in a quiet, isolated area.
