Mendocino Curriculum--Phase One

These units are the end result of a two year partnership between NASA's K-12 NREN Partner School Program, The California Department of Education Telemation Project, and the Mendocino Unified School District. In the summer of 1994 teachers prepared these units for implementation in school year 1994-1995. They represent curricula which are consistent with the California State Frameworks and the The California State reform documents, Caught in the Middle, Second to None, and It's Elementary. At the end of implementation, teachers will be revisiting and improving each of the units. An index is also available below.

During school year 1995-1996, the units will be turned into interactive curriculum in a format known as "Living Curriculum". Examples of these can be found in The Living Curriculum Home Page
