Then each piece is allowed to absorb the glue and then we coat each piece 2 more times before clamping. |

and assembled in the exact order by which they were "dry fitted" Very Carefully! Each door took 3 people about 6hrs to assemble, clamp, and clean. |

the top and bottom are attached ...... notice the height!! It is the attached to one side and then the second side |

for a perfect fit ....... Every mullion, style, and rail is then washed and cleaned ... not once .... not twice ... but 3 times |

where it will remain clamped for at least 6 days ......... then we did it all again for the 2nd door!~! My thanks to Jason and Debra for their skill and patience. |

There are no flat surfaces of the face of each piece of glass. It is actually 1,862 perimeter inches that were beveled. |

on large felt wheels ......... they will be scratch and blemish free. Remember ......... they are 3/4 of one inch thick ! |

the interior doors. The interior doors are solid old growth "sinker" Redwood frames with solid Redwood panels. Sinker Redwood, comes form trees that sunk while floating down the local rivers, on the way to the mill. They have been "resting" on the river bottoms for 75 to 100 years!! |
