by landowner, timber company, and other interested parties. |
The landowner shall consider the greatest health
for his watershed stewardship, measured according all relevant baseline
data that can be made available. Abrogation of responsibilities relevant
to the health of the watershed shall fully remain of public concern. |

| At this time, it is adviseable for all having
concerns for any impacts the THP may have to address the submitters directly
in writing. In the event the THP is submitted to CDF, copies of all
letters of concern may later be included within the THP file for public
consideration. |
The landowner or timber company prepares a new
timber harvest plan or revises a previously submitted timber harvest plan,
either according to CDF's Forest Practice Rules, for submission to CDF.
Consistency with sound watershed management planning shall
remain in effect. |
