MCN: COVID-19 Response

Updated: 4/13/2020

MCN is making several changes to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers. Our staff continues to answer support calls and are out in the field working to repair lines. We are continuing to monitor the information provided by the Mendocino County Public Health Officer and this information may change rapidly.

If you usually make payments in person we are encouraging customers to use our online billing portal ( If you do not know your login to the billing portal email or call our office 707-937-1444 or toll free 800-796-3896. You can also use our payment drop box located outside of our office at 10700 Ford Street, Mendocino, CA 95460.

Due to the Shelter in Place order in Mendocino County our office will be closed to the public beginning March 19, 2020. MCN staff will be on site answering phone calls and emails.

MCN Field Technicians will continue to make house calls but will be taking extra precautions. Technicians will work to resolve any Fusion issues found at the MPOE (Minimum Point of Entry) without having to enter a customer's home. If it is necessary to check inside the house, technicians will wear latex gloves as well as practicing "Social Distancing" (staying 6ft away from other people). If you have been sick or showing symptoms technicians will not enter your home, and we ask that you schedule a dispatch after you have recovered.
