Meditation 1 is a prerequisite to Meditation 2.

Meditation 3 class is available to those who have completed Meditation 1 and 2. Email Sandy for information.

Sandy is not currently offering a Meditation 2 class, but please call or email her if you're interested in attending one (in person or on audio tape). This six-week class is $100.00 in person or on audio tape.
