The Breast Cancer Fund and Shanti have joined together to create a new community-based program in San Francisco called LifeLines. LifeLines will help women care for themselves and their families during their battle against breast cancer by providing in-home meal delivery. The program will also train 70 volunteers to help provide in-home support such as grocery shopping, light housekeeping, appointment making, and other activities. |
