The 8th Annual Big River Walk June 2nd, 2007

Thank You For Making This Event A Success!

Thank you to all those who participated in this inspiring and beneficial walk, held in conjunction with the National Cancer Survivors Day Foundation. We had over 100 people in attendance, many of whom gathered pledges to support the work of the CRCMC.

We raised over $16,000 this year from sponsors and individuals! Thanks for your help!

Kathy Orsi and Patty Schumacher gathered the most pledges over $1,000 and won a Caper kayak by Ocean Kayak company, generously donated by Jeff and Joan Stanford at Catch A Canoe & Bicycles, too!

All proceeds benefit the Cancer Resource Centers of Mendocino County. CRCMC, a grassroots organization, has been working since 1995 to improve the quality of life for those in Mendocino County facing cancer. We provide a wide range of information, support, and advocacy assistance to a broad network of clients, their families and friends. All of our services are offered free of charge and all of our efforts are spent in Mendocino County.
