There are Realtors retired from a profession in fishing, hollywood shows, military, logging, doctoring, firefighting, hippying, horse ranching, attorneying, There are gentle and kind Realtors; there are impatient and volatile Realtors; there are miracle workers; there are screw-ups...you name it, we got 'em.

I don't charge you anything. What happens is, if I pick the right person and you are happy and end up buying through them they will give me a little cut of their commission and it will pay my ISP expenses.

There are traps nowadays for buyers because of the "procuring cause" by-laws among Realtors. If one Realtor shows you something or maybe even talks to you about something YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE FIRST GUY. Most of us won't work with someone if they have been working with another Realtor, there is too big of a chance we may lose our paycheck. It can get real nasty.

Be careful, we are all aware of "promiscuous buyers".

Here are some things I need to know about you. Your hobbies, military experience, political and religious orientation if that's important to you, your thoughts on booze and pot, your environment and ecology priorities, volunteer work you do, is your metabolism like a bulldozer or a sports car...all these factors are what you use to choose your friends from. I know it's real personal but if your relationship with your Realtor is personal your dreamhouse will be found. I'll tell you personal stuff about the Realtor too. Believe me it works best when you are friends. Most of my clients over the years are still among my closest friends.

The most important thing is CAN YOU AFFORD TO BUY HERE!!? It's expensive now and none of us can afford to waste time. You are not a valuable customer to a Realtor if you don't have a prequalification letter from a lender and $75,000 at your fingertips. Your down payment and ability to make the monthly payments are crucial!!
