Jeff Gales (Managing Director), originally from Los Angeles, has worked
with nonprofit charitable organizations for many years. Jeff's administrative
skills, experience in marketing and fund-raising, and his ability to successfully
network in and out of the community, creates one half of a very strong
administrative team at the Lighthouse. Marlene Hurst (Administrative Assistant)
is the second half. Originally from Ukiah, Marlene has brought to the organization
her bookkeeping and accounting experience. In addition, she excels in her
ability to manage the Lighthouse staff and gift store. Jeff and Marlene
compliment each others talents and together form a strong administrative
base for the Lighthouse. This administrative base will enable the Lighthouse
Board of Directors to achieve short and long term goals in their continuing
effort to preserve the historic Point Arena Lighthouse Station for future
generations. |
