This has been a productive summer for Amnesty International. An Sang Suu Shi was released in Burma (Myannmar), Harry Wu was released, and Mumia Abu Jamal got a stay of execution but there is lots more to do. New members are always welcome to join our group. Simply show up for one of our meetings that generally last about one hour (see the calendar for dates) or contact Mina Cohen (mcohen@mcn.org).
